Description

Test detects how easily rad blood cells break apart in salt solution . Test is helpful in detecting or confirming spherocytosis & is used in suspected cases of hereditary spherocytosis. Patients with immuno hemolytic anaemia or who have received recent blood transfusions may also show increased fragility.
