Description

Human brucellosis (Undulant fever) is common febrile illness caused by infection with bacteria of brucella species. Test detects specific antibodies to brucella species. Titre : Rising level of specific antibody in pained sera can be regarded as evidence of recent infection. IgG & IgM : Presence of IgM antibody may also indicate recent infection.
